The Late Late Show’s James Corden picked up rock star Gwen Stefani for his Carpool Karaoke, and they quickly started crushing some of her biggest hits, including “Don’t Speak” and the newer “Used to Love You.”
When Corden commented on Gwen’s ageless beauty, she gave a nod to her new beau, Blake Shelton, saying, “My life blew up, after that I started falling in love and I wrote a whole record about that. That’s what the face lift is I think!”

Soon, they hit the HOV lane and needed two more car riders in order to avoid breaking city carpool laws. So Corden called George Clooney who called Julia Roberts. Back on the road with four passengers, the quarter finished out the karaoke concert.
The entire car rocked out to “Hollaback Girl” and performed Queen’s “We Are the Champions!” for a closing act.
Corden asked Clooney and Roberts to share their favorite line they’ve said in a movie, then the driver revealed his favorite Julia Roberts quote: “I’m just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her,” from 1999’s “Notting Hill.”
“You just went to a whole other level of person for me,” responded Stefani.
